Mortal Kombat – Goro Items

Mortal Kombat opened the doors to blood and gore to be included in video games on a level that was unmatched at the time. I remember Mortal Kombat on SNES had no blood at all while the Genesis version had a code to enable the blood… it was an odd age of gaming. Another haunting memory I have from Mortal Kombat is spending about $10 one day at an arcade trying to beat Goro! Today I’ve decided to list some items based on this four armed monster…

Goro Statue from Sideshow
Goro vs. Johnny Cage Action Figure 2-Pack (NIB)
Palisades Mortal Kombat Series One Goro
Unpainted Resin Model Kit
Toy Rocket 2007 Goro Figure
Goro: Prince of Pain #1 (Silver Foil Cover)
Goro: Prince of Pain #1
Goro: Prince of Pain #2
Goro: Prince of Pain #3

  1. Goro was the ultimate reveal at the end of the original game, and even looked pretty sweet on the movie. Yes, he was a weak-ass in the film, but at least looked cool.
Great assortment of goodies here. That sideshow statue is covet-worthy indeed. Thanks for showcasing the http://www.hyveofvillainy.com listing.

  2. Very true about the film version of Goro. He looked great which is rare with video game based movies. But, he had a very short amount of screen time unfortunatly.
