- EA Sports FIFA has finally launched the official reveal trailer for their upcoming title, FIFA 21. The trailer gives FIFA fans a peek into what they should expect from the release.
The trailer begins with Kylian Mbappe playing FIFA with some of his PSG teammates. The video then continues to switch to and fro in-game and real-life footage. Gradually, you see the likes of Joao Felix, Erling Haaland, and Trent-Alexander Arnold in the trailer. The reveal trailer doesn’t really say much about what we can expect from the title. If we’re talking about graphics, it looks pretty much the same as FIFA 20. We can also see footage of Liverpool’s Trent taking a second shot at a target using a replay feature. This might tease a fun little game mode that may be introduced in the coming title.

The most exciting takeaway from the trailer would be the FUT Co-Op feature. Play with a friend, grind objectives together, and earn rewards on both Squad Battles and Division Rivals. There will be a weekly progression set along with particular objectives. This new addition sounds like a fun alternative to just hopping into a friendly with your friends.
Eric Cantona reveal
A massive surprise that has stunned quite a few FIFA fans is the inclusion of Eric Cantona. The reveal trailer shows Joao Felix packing Eric Cantona in FUT. Right after you can see him with his signature celebration in-game. This confirms the inclusion of Cantona in the next FIFA release. Of course, there are more icons yet to be released. The Manchester United legend is just the cream of the crop.
Earlier, EA Sports had announced the Dual Entitlement feature for the FIFA 21. What it basically means is that you can upgrade your copy of FIFA 21 to the next-gen Playstation/XBOX from your current console. EA has assured they will not charge extra for this. All your in-game Ultimate Team progress will be carried over to your new console.
FIFA 21 is set for release on 9th October for PC, Playstation 4, XBOX One, and Nintendo Switch. You can pre-order the title here.
