Season 10 first teaser has dropped on the official Fortnite Twitter page. What does it reveal? Here are our thoughts.
Fortnite Battle Royale World Cup has come to an end. However, during the World Cup, we have seen a teaser dropped from the Fortnite Twitter page. We have seen many changes to the Fortnite map due to the Cattus vs. Doggus event. A giant ice monster and a giant man-made Robot came face to face at the center of the map, demolishing areas and creating new ground for players. Players were demanding a new map, and Epic Games sort of delivered. Going back to 2017, the map was extremely different from what it was today. We can see that Epic Games, until now, decided to stay with one map. Is a change coming?
Fortnite Season 10 New Map?
Fortnite fans got a new teaser for Season 10. This teaser comes from the official Fortnite Twitter account. Fortnite Season 10 will begin August 1, 2019. The teaser image shows the Dusty Divot when it was Dusty Depot. Before the meteors destroyed the Dusty Divot it was called Dusty Depot and there were 3 buildings side by side. Also, the Teaser image stated, “Think Back“.

Several Fortnite Season 10 theories started to pop up before and after the Fortnite Season 10 Teaser. Some of these theories are mentioning the map reverting back as time travel. Theories are of course circulating around the phrase, ‘Think Back’, and the appearance of Dusty Depot. If this is true we can see the first Fortnite Map again without any differences. It can be an amazing move by the Epic Games.
Although we can see some of the players getting frustrated with the old map and wanting something new. If everything goes back it will change the whole game meta completely. The mobility of the players will be much less. The first map was a much more static map. If we go back even before the Tilted Towers, we will see much lesser places to land therefore it will mean much lesser loot shared between players. Because in the first map, there were lesser places on the map to loot. Regardless, we will see what Fortnite Season 10 will bring in a couple of days.
