Red Dead Redemption 2 has finally been confirmed for PC after a year of console exclusivity. The title will be out on November 5.
Red Dead Redemption released in May 2010. Since its release, it has taken gamers by storm. With its intense gameplay, very detailed story, characters who grow on you, and much more, it has been, without any doubt, a true gem of a game. Rockstar did a magnificent job and got the equivalent praise and respect owed to them after the release. With gamers worldwide praying the game, a particular section of the gaming community – PC gamers were not at all pleased. It was because of it being console exclusive. Thus, it became really difficult for non-console owners to experience the masterpiece that Rockstar Games produced.
Head to The Wild West On November 5
Again in October 2018, the second installment of the infamous game released again to no avail for PC players. But, what Rockstar had planned for their dedicated PC player base was something mind baffling. Grand Theft Auto 5 was such a major hit on PC that even after so many years of its release, it witnesses multiple thousands of peak players daily on steam. This loyalty of PC gamers towards Rockstar Games didn’t go unrewarded without recognition. Even though it didn’t come off as a complete surprise with all the leaks and hints by the community, but none, the fewer PC players, were exhilarated by the official announcement of Red Dead Redemption 2 coming to PC. Its official release date has been given on November 5th, 2019, and the pre-ordering has started from October 9th itself, and special bonuses will be rewarded to those who purchase the game between 9th to 20th of October.
Currently the pre-purchase is only available on Rockstar’s latest gaming platform for PC, around the last week of October it will be available for purchase on Epic Games Launcher, and Steam users will have to wait until December to finally gain access to the game.
This is a sweet gift to gamers undoubtedly, but at the same time, there is no way right now that people can gain access to Red Dead Redemption, the game which kickstarted this beautiful franchise and made it what it is today. However, who knows what may happen, now that Rockstar has their own dedicated gaming platform, they may as well drop some exclusives and surprise the players worldwide, which may include Red Dead Redemption. There is no official news regarding all of this yet, but one can surely hope after Red Dead Redemption 2 has been made possible for PC.
Another badass news for the Rockstar fans is that the most famous and prominent modders of GTA V “FiveM” posted a tweet saying that if there would be not much conflict with the DRM of Red Dead Redemption 2, within a month of its launch RedM will be available to the players. The multiplayer community lives for modding; we are certainly excited to see the amazing mods that we will receive in Red Dead Redemption 2.

We have always known that PC delivers better performance than consoles in almost all aspects. Point being that the game already looked super beautiful on the consoles, and it would be truly a sight to behold watching it with ultra textures on PC.
Apart from the beautiful sights of snowy mountains and the dusty roads of the west, the Red Dead Redemption 2 PC edition will also bring along with its bonus content as compared to the console edition. 3 new bounty hunter missions, 2 new gang hideouts, 2 new treasure maps, new weapons, new missions, new horses, trinkets and much more awesome content.
