Been meaning to do a post like this showcasing rare Nintendo clocks for sale but have been tied up with other chores. However, we couldn’t put it off any longer and Game Life had to put something together. So why clocks? Why couldn’t it be statues? Rare sought out games or just bizarre items?

Because clocks are cool. Especially if they are Nintendo branded.

And to be honest, who doesn’t like checking the time on the wall and see one of their favorite video game characters?

We know what you’re thinking. Who hangs clocks on the wall anymore? With digital items like phones and smartwatches why would anyone want to go back to ancient times?

Ok we get it. Not everyone likes to go back in time or use outdated technology.

But some of us do, especially retro gamers which is why these collections of rare Nintendo clocks for sale will be appreciated by them.

Original World of Nintendo Super Mario 2 Wall Clock Display – All original, near mint with grey / chromed hard plastic body and embossed colorful cardboard. This was display is stores selling Nintendo products and I believe there’s a merchandise catalog where suppliers would be able to purchase these displays for promo. Beautiful clock, but quite expensive. Link

Super Mario Bros. 2 Nintendo NES Promotional Wall Clock WORKS! Luigi Princess – Who doesn’t remember seeing this clock for sale back in the day? I saw it at my local Zellers (Canada) stores. Really cool piece but quite pricey. Link
PIKMIN 3 RARE CLOCK IN A CAN PREORDER PRE-ORDER BONUS NINTENDO WII U – This item is brand new and unused. This was only available as a pre-order bonus for purchasing Pikmin 3 on release. It is very rare. Link
Vintage Pokemon Pikachu Clock Nintendo Game Greak TV Tokyo Sho-Pro Jr Kikaku – This is a vintage Pokemon Pikachu clock. The front bottom of the clock reads “Nintendo – Creatures – Game Freak – TV Tokyo – Sho Pro – Jr Kikau” It measures approximately 8.25 inches across. Made of plastic. Working condition, small red marks between the numbers 10 and 11 and on the bubble front, fold out stand on the back is missing. Link

SUPER MARIO KART Nintendo Digital Alarm Clock AM/FM Radio 2002 – I never thought I would ever type AM/FM radio on here :). Look at how small the clock screen is compared to the actual product. Awkward… Link
Super Mario Bros. Mini Desktop Clock Normal Stage Ver. JAPAN Nintendo – No background info on this item except it’s from Japan and rare. It was made in 2004 so it’s not exactly original in terms of the release of the first Mario game, but does anyone really care? This clock would go perfect on your office desk at home OR work! Link
