Sonic Light Display, Earthbound Air Freshener and More

Good morning VGA readers! I have a ton of cool auctions submitted by our friend Joseph who seems to find the coolest auctions on eBay! Thanks buddy. On the side note there’s A LOT of cool auctions from “mywantlist” so check them out. I’m going to mention this again because he/she? has got tons of cool auctions.

We’ll start off with this ultra cool Sonic the Hedgehog Flourescent Light (Thanks **Brandon!). Now I have seen some cool original light ups but never anything as cool as this. When I worked in the “craziest video game store on earth” the owner won this Sonic light up and when it came in we dragged the box downstairs but heard broken glass? He was nervously awaiting the bad news, I on the other hand knew it must have been a light bulb and to no surprise it was the flourescent light bulb broken. If the seller is reading this it might be a good idea NOT to include the bulb for that reason. Regardless this piece is beautiful and would love to have it in my game room. It’s at $175 beans so far which is pretty cheap to what it’s actually worth. Although like any collectible, even if it’s worth a certain amount, it doesn’t mean it will sell for it unfortunately.

The next auction is for a brand new, and very rare Earthbound Mach Pizza Air Freshener. When you bought your parents bought you Earthbound, if you were lucky enough to have them buy it, it came with a players guide inside. At the end of the players guide was 6 “Scratch n’ Sniff” cards. It had a mystery scent so when you scratched it, it might have smelled of white pepper or something like that. The 6 scents were scents that you might encounter in the game. If you were able to guess the mystery scent, or not, then you’d mail back the contest card to Nintendo with the guess. Months later you’d get back a letter from Nintendo congratulating you along with the Earthbound Mach Pizza Air Freshener. The price on this current one isn’t bat at all. They usually go for $150-200 on auction. So if you don’t mind paying an extra $100 bucks then buy it. While talking about Earthbound you have here a Brand New Earthbound sealed and graded by VGA… very nice, I don’t know how Rarebucky does it but at least you have someone on eBay who’s dedicated to selling sealed games of quality. I’m looking at it now and it’s eye candy for sure. Even though it’s at the 2k mark he’s got it modestly priced compared to what another seller would put it at.

Other cool auctions:

Legend of Zelda II Valentine Cards– Awesome! I’ve been searching this forever and it finally popped up. I wish there were more so I can write some Valentine’s Day cards to people 🙂

Fallout New Vegas Neon Sign – These are really cool and this one is currently at $350 with reserve not met, and arguably so as this is definitely an in-demand collectible… would love to have this in my room.

Super Nintendo Killer Instinct Sign – Wow this is awesome, nice find Joseph! An original Killer Instinct sign for display/promotional purposes. I wasn’t a fan of KI but I love any SNES display. The seller “mywantlist” has insane stuff for sale CHECK IT OUT, there’s too many to list.

Super Mario World Display! – All I have to say is “The New Super Entertainment System is Here!”

Sonic Translite display

Sony Playstation 2 Cardboard Display – I remember seeing these, nice looking.

Ken Block Travis Pastrana Autographed Dirt 2 PS3
