Popular streamer Dr Disrespect is furious with Apex Legends effects and makes sure his feelings are heard.
Apex Legends Revival?
Apex Legends Season 2 began two weeks ago. Players were not overly hyped about the new season. The reason was simple. Apex Legends became a hype but after millions of players started to see broken things in-game they stopped playing. However, Apex Legends as a concept is pretty good. Therefore, EA and Respawn Entertainment are trying to revive the game by adding several new content and tweaking the game when they can. After EA Play and E3, Respawn has made many promises which they’ve backed. They added a new Legend, a new weapon, and spiced up their season 2 battle pass.
Apex Legends Season 2 began with these promises. However, until now it did not peek that much of an interest from the players, and Google Trends shows this. There was a little peak after season 2 came out, and players did indeed return to the game. However, it wasn’t the revival Respawn Entertainment was looking for. To be quite frank, it is a little early to mention stats and the direction of where Apex Legends is heading. We have seen some of the biggest streamers like Shroud and DrDisrespect stream it, so that shows that the game isn’t exactly falling off the charts.
Dr Disrespect Rages Over Apex Legends
Popular streamer DrDisrespect was playing Apex Legends recently and has stated that he finds the “Ranked system” of the game very addictive. However, he did not enjoy dying recently and blamed it onto the effects of the game. Let’s check out the clip below:
This is one of the main concerns in Apex Legends. The reason behind this is that Apex Legends gunfights carry on. The time-to-kill is extremely long. In other games, players need less bullets to eliminate an opponent but Apex Legends, it is not like that. Also, it is played with 3 player teams, therefore, your screen is shaking a lot. Apex Legends is not a bad game, but these little tweaks to the game are needed before releasing more content.
